All of our cookies are baked fresh in small batches using high-quality ingredients. Whether you’re picking up in-store or ordering nationwide shipping, we focus on keeping every cookie thick, soft, and gooey.
Do you offer nationwide shipping?
Yes! We ship our cookies nationwide within the United States. Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout using USPS.
How does build-your-own box work?
Choose your box size (4, 6, 8, or 12 cookies), then select your preferred flavors directly on the product page before adding it to your cart.
How long does local pickup take?
Most local pickup orders are ready in 30 minutes during store hours.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Because our cookies are made fresh, orders may not be eligible for changes or cancellations once they are in production. Please review your order carefully or contact us as soon as possible.
Do you offer refunds or replacements?
